Symptoms
Process Adhoc Notification (AE LM_NOTIF_ANN) receives No Success if no rows Exists in the Adhoc Notification Tables (PS_LM_NOT_ANN_VW)
Error Message:
(Only can be seen in generated trace file)
ORA-03291: Invalid truncate option - missing STORAGE keyword
Failed SQL stmt: TRUNCATE TABLE SYSADM.PS_LM_ANN_TMP_TBL;
Steps to Replicate Issue:
1. Log in as Administrator
2. Execute Process Ad Hoc Notifications (AE LM_NOTIF_ANN)
3. Runs to success
4. Execute Process Ad Hoc Notifications (AE LM_NOTIF_ANN) 2nd time with no notifications in list in view PS_LM_NOT_ANN_VW, Process goes to no success.
