EBI 9.2: BIDELDATA Is Orphaning Data Rows On The BI_IVC_TMP_XREF Table.

Goal
In Image 9.2.25 new functionality was delivered to provide a cross reference between temporary bills and real bills (Bug/Feature # 25217217). This new functionality also provides a link back to the temporary invoice. There is a disconnect when the delivered BI_DELDATA process is run to delete temporary invoices. This new feature still displays the deleted temporary invoice information as well as an active link back to the deleted temporary invoice which says no matching values found.
The Delete Temporary Bill process (BIDELDATA) should be enhanced to remove the temporary invoice number from the new BI_IVC_TMP_XREF table as well so the information no longer is brought back on page (BI_IVC_TMP_SBP) or the view (BI_IVC_TMP_VW). This disconnect results in orphaned records on this new table.
