E-AS: Additional ^M Inserted In 'psappsrv.cfg' And 'psappsrv.ubb' Files Using PSADMIN Console (Doc ID 2431160.1)

When trying to create a new domain or reconfigure a domain, an additional return carriage character ^M is appended in the psappsrv.cfg and psappsrv.ubb files and while booting the application server domain, the following error occurs:
> tmboot: illegal option --

Usage: tmboot [-w(ait)] [-n(oexec)] [-q(uiet)] [-y] [-c(heck)] [-d1]

[{-A | -B loc | -M}] [{-S | [-l lmid] | -s aout |

[-g grpname | -i srvid | -g grpname -i srvid]]} [-m minsrvs]]

[-o sequence-#] [-T group-name] [-E envlabel] [-e errcmd] [-t timeout]

TMADMIN_CAT:1295: ERROR: Failure return from tmboot - 0x1, errno 25.


 After a fresh installation of Tools or applying a Tools patch.
