Blank Screen or Users Getting Sign Out while Saving a HelpDesk Case (Doc ID 2431604.1)

Symptoms

 Users are getting kicked out of the application for while doing a save on HelpDesk > AddCase page

REPLICATION STEPS
=================
1. Log into CRM PIA
2. Navigate to Main Menu > Helpdesk > Add Case
3. Search for any User
4. Fill in the Problem Summary
5. Click save, processing icon shows for few seconds
6. User is shown a blue page/blank page.
