Fluid Advising Notes are not displaying for Student Self Service
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the advising note summary to display as it does in classic student self service.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to self service as a student who has advising note(s).
2. Click on the Academic Progress fluid tile, then select advisor.
3. Click on the Advising Note link and no note is displayed. Instead a page displays with no notes and the text 'use this page to display notes for
the selected student
