Peoplesoft allows to delete dependent without clicking the history correction button and when saving, it deletes from the main table and does not delete from related tables, in this way causes data unbalance, and after saving, when you try to query the dependent is displayed buffer error due to data unbalance between tables.

No Matching buffer found or level (15,26)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Menu: Workforce Administration> Personal Information> Personal Relationships> Dependent Information-> Delete Dependent
2. Return to search > View dependent > Error occurs
