GPSGP: FWL Proration Wrong For Employee Transfer Paygroup And Company (Doc ID 2432713.1)

Symptoms

STATEMENT:
========
Employee transfer from Paygroup A to Paygroup B
And Worker Type has been changed from Skill Worker <= 10% to S Pass <= 10%.
Payroll Process calculate wrong FWL proration in both payroll result.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
==============
The issue can be reproduced at with the following steps:
1.Navigate to Identification data SGP page
2.Search with employee KS0001, add a new row with Effective date from 1st Jan 2018 status Foreign Worker with type Skilled service sector(<=10%)
3.Add one more new row with Effective date from 4th Jan 2018 employee type moved to S-Pass Holder(<=10%) from type Skilled service sector(<=10%)
4.Navigate to Job Data page
5.Add a new Job data row effective date from 1st Jan 2018
6.Add one more new Job data row effective date from 4th Jan 2018 with Department and paygroup change
7.Result shows FWL value 320.60 effective date from 01/01/2018 to 03/01/2018 in old pay group
8.Result shows FWL value 320.60 effective date from 04/01/2018 to 31/01/2018 in new pay group with department change
