Error "You Are Not Authorized To Access This Component" from Personal Details Tile after Applying Selective Fixes from PUM Image 26 (Doc ID 2433089.1)

Symptoms

When clicking the Personal Details tile from the Employee Self Service home page, or using the navigation bar, the following error is received:

You are not authorized to access this component. You have not been granted security authorization for the component you are attempting to access. You may have access to the designated component and page, but not in the specified action mode (such as Correction or Update/Display). Contact your system administrator.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. As PS, go to the Employee Self Service homepage
2. Click on the Personal Details tile
OR
2. Select the Navigation Icon and go to Self Service > Personal Information > Personal Details
3. Note the above error is received.
