E-DPK: Setting up PUM Failed with "...Puppet (err): Unable to start domain: tmadmin"..." (Doc ID 2433429.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.56 version, Upgrade

When setting up HCM PUM 27, the process failed at phase "Starting PeopleSoft Domains" and the log file shows the following failure:

1. Download HCM PUM 27 Native-OS
2. Setup the PUM environment using Native-OS
