ETL9.2: Inactive Time Reporter Generates PeopleCode Error When Accessing The Fluid Time Sheet (Doc ID 2433439.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Time Reporting

When attempting to open Fluid enter time page and Weekly time page, the following error occurs when an employee is inactive:

ERROR
-----------------------

Invalid date.
TL_FL_TIMESHEET.Time_Entry.TimeSheetFunctions.OnExecute Name:FluidTSDtFormat PCPC:20543 Statement:332
Called from:TL_ELP_TIME_FLU.Activate Statement:52
An invalid date has been encountered in a PeopleCode program.

Review the PeopleCode program to determine the cause of the error.

Or

Accessing the report time daily time sheet or the weekly time page simply generates an error saying: "You must be enrolled as an active time reporter in Time and Labor to use this page."

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Fluid Time > Enter Time
2. Error occurred
