Symptoms

ISSUE:

When renewing a contract version we are getting the following error
At least one Purchase Order assigned to this Contract has a PO Date that is before this date. (10400,316).

Business Impact:

Replication Steps:
-------
1. Set Controls-Contracts- Use Version Control is enabled.
2. Open an existing contract. Note the Expire Date 12/31/2018. Click on New Version
3. Version 2 of the contract now displays
4. Enter the begin date to be 1 day after the expire date of version 1 of the contract which is 01/01/2019. Get the following error.

At least one Purchase Order assigned to this Contract has a PO Date that is before this date. (10400,316).
