Cannot Print Resume from Recruiting - My Job Openings when selecting 'Generate Report' resume does not print with report

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Select Recruiting Home Tile
2. Select My Job Openings
3. Choose an opening with applicants associated to the position
4. Select applicant with resume attached
5. Click printer on row with applicant information
6. Select all choices with content available
7. Click 'Generate Report'
8. Notice no resume has been printed in report
