Symptoms
When adding a new Plan Type 48 and attaching it to the 415(c) Limit Table, the Maximum Yearly Deduction of $54000 was not recognized when the limit was met during payroll calculation.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Plan Type 40 and Plan Type 48 on the Savings Plan Table
2. Run Payroll calculation
3. Review pay check deductions
