E-PIA: Service Order Page 'Keywords' And 'Notes' In HTML Area Are Not Opening For Multiple Service Order Lines (Doc ID 2435594.1)

Symptoms

Application release 9.2 - PT 8.56 and Image# 27

 'Keywords' and 'Notes' are not opening on Service Order page when there are multiple lines. This was not an issue in image# 19 and PT 8.55 env.

Steps:
---------
1. Navigate to Resource Management > Request Resources > Create and Review Service Order
2. Open an existing Service Order or add a new with multiple lines.
3. Go to line number 2, click on Qualification, Notes or Keywords tab.

Expected result:
---------------------------
Appropriate tab should open.

Actual result:
-----------------------
Nothing happens.
