Garnishment deductions are not calculating properly during off cycle payrolls when an employee is set up with a flat garnishment amount. Employees should have the biweekly flat amount come out on an off cycle paycheck the same as an on cycle paycheck and not be deducted as per the garnishment rule that is 50% of disposable earnings.
On the off cycle paycheck the garnishment amount being deducted is the full 50% of the disposable earnings and not the flat amount specified on the garnishment specs.
