E-SEC : Forget Password no error is displayed if an invalid user is used or an invalid answer is provided (Doc ID 2436715.1)

Symptoms

 It has been noted when using the Forgot password functionality  in tools 8.56 and an invalid userid is used an invalid response provided No Warning or error message is generating informing that user that the Hint answer is incorrect or tha the user id used in invalid .

 

Instead a standard Email Confirmation page indicating a new password has been emailed is displayed.
