When Adding a New Contact in eBill Payment via the 'Administer Users' menu option, the selected preferred communication method is 'Email Notification'. On saving this selection, an error message displays stating issues with the CI Save.
Component Interface Save method failed for transaction number 1
Error occurred while trying to save data on a Component Interface for this transaction within the message.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to eBill Payment > Administer Users
2. Add new user with User Role = Administrator
3. Set Preferred Communication = Email Notification
