Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Other Issue with Candidate Gateway

When the back office users upload attachments as images to an application of an applicant, the system stops the applicant from viewing the images and displays an access error. Once the file types were added the CG_EXTENSION_LIST, the applicant could view the attachments.

According to PeopleBooks "File type restrictions are applied only at the time the file is uploaded, so users can always view all attachments, even if they would have been prevented from uploading files of that type."

User Not authorized To Access Requested File.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as external applicant in Candidate Gateway.
2. Go to My Job applications.
3. Click on the attachments and User Not authorized To Access Requested File is displayed.
4. Remove the file extensions and now the applicant can view the files.
