Candidate Gateway Register Fluid Mode Page Has No ‘Primary Email Type’, ‘Primary Phone Type’ or ‘Preferred Contact Method’ (Doc ID 2437479.1)

On the External Candidate Gateway Register Fluid Mode Page, there are no Primary Email Type, Primary Phone Type, or Preferred Contact Method
Are any of those fields available or supposed to be on the Register page?

After you Register if you click on My Account Information then you can see Contact Method which is set to 'Not Specified’.
On this page you also see an Primary Email Type, Primary Phone Type which default to ‘Home’
Is there a way to set these on the Register page?
