Candidate Gateway Register Fluid Mode Page Has No ‘Primary Email Type’, ‘Primary Phone Type’ or ‘Preferred Contact Method’ (Doc ID 2437479.1)

Goal

On the External Candidate Gateway Register Fluid Mode Page, there are no Primary Email Type, Primary Phone Type, or Preferred Contact Method
Are any of those fields available or supposed to be on the Register page?

After registering click on My Account Information the applicant sees Contact Method as ‘Not Specified’.
On this page Primary Email Type, Primary Phone Type have no way to be configured for the applicant registered. 
Is there a way to set these on the Register page?
