Manage Hires - Match Emplid Is Not Getting Cleared When Transaction Reinitiated (Doc ID 2437754.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Manage hire details page showing the 'Search for matching person' result Emplid when reinitiate the Manage hire transaction after previous transaction is cancelled by click on 'Return to Manage Hires'.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Manage hire details page should show the Emplid as NEW

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Stage Data in Smart Hire Template
2. Go To Manager Hires and initiate Manage Hire Transaction.
3. Using Search Match- Select Matching person (carry ID)
4. On Manage Hire Details page Carry ID is present.
5. Now click on Return to Manage Hire Page
6. Reinitiate Same transaction again
7. EMPLID is still present and not cleared
