Team Performance Status Tile Error When Accessing Other Than English Language (Doc ID 2437782.1)

Symptoms

Login PIA with language French or Dutch and when attempting to click on Team Performance Status tile from Manager Self Service Fluid Home page,
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login PIA with language French or Dutch.
2. Navigate to the MSS homepage > Click on Team Performance Tile.
