MSS My Team Tile Drill Down Causes Application Server Time Out (Doc ID 2438024.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Direct Reports issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The PS application is timed out when clicking on the "Directs / Total " Link under Fluid My Team page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The application should not time out.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to PeopleSoft with the MSS Manager profile.
2.Select "Manager Self Service"
3.Select My Team Tile
4.Click on the 'Directs / Total' link for any of the available employees who has direct reports.
