Primary Voucher Approver did not receive notification for ad-hoc review completion by reviewer
Question:
1- Is this a bug or system is designed the way it is currently behaving.
2- Is there a possible way (without customization) to make the system drop email notification to let the SPOC approver know that reviewer is done with review job.
