New Line Is Not Visible After Save When Changing Pending Requisitions

New line is not visible after save when changing Pending Requisitions.
After user change and save a pending Requisition, the new line added is not visible after component save process ends.
This issue occur only when:
* The Workflow process is active and required for requisitions.
* The new line is not added after any line before the last line of the grid.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Workflow set on for requisition
2. Open an exists requisition
3. Add new line and save
4. Refresh the requisition. Cannot see the new line.
