Symptoms

Although the check box for Consider Active Jobs Only is selected on the Coverage Formula Table, the compensation from inactive jobs is being included in the calculated base for Life Insurance and Disability Plans after Patch 21281519 is applied to the environment.

STEPS
---------------------------
1. Select the check box for Consider Active Jobs Only check box on the Coverage Formula used for a Life Insurance plan (Navigation: Set Up HCM > Product Related > Base Benefits > Rates and Rules > Coverage Formula Table).
2. Terminate one of an employee's multiple jobs (Navigation: Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data).
3. Run the Rebuild Primary Job Flags process (Navigation: Benefits > Maintain Primary Jobs > Rebuild Primary Job Flags).
4. Calculate payroll (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Calculate Payroll).
