Symptoms

On : 8.56 version, Change Assistant

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When applying a Change Package created from HCM PUM 27 to a target environment that is on 8.55.23 using Change Assistant 8.56.09, EMF deploys the files pshr.win, pspy.win and GPPTRCFL.cbl twice to the same PS_HOME location

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Change Assistant should not deploy files twice to PS_HOME

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create the Change Package
2. Configure EMF
3. Deploy files using Change Assistant via EMF
