When changing Employee name through Employee Self Service (ESS), Results in Error

Class Record method GetField field is invalid
HR_ATTACH_FLU.Attachement_UI_FLU.OnExecute NameSavProcessing PCPC 34243 Statement 390 Called from: HR_ATTACHMENT_FLU:Attachment_Fluid.OnExecute Name:Attachmnet_SaveProcessing Statement 58Called
from HR_EE_NAME_FL.GBL.DERIVED_HCR_FL.SAVE_BTN.FieldChange Statement 1

The Field name has been ised as a parameter of the specified method. It is not valid for the current object. Use the PeopleCode Debugger or a PeopleCode trace to determine the point of the error, and correct the program.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Self Service > Personal Details > Name
2. Click on Name to Change
3. Receive Error
