The below error is displayed in the errorlog.hml file

IntegrationServiceClient: sendRequestToServer().Appserver is down (or not responding). Check AppServer URL

The below log is displayed in the applications server log file:

PSAFFIRM(pScroll) failed at /vob/peopletools/src/psbufapi/bufctx.cpp, line 500.
