E-AD/SQL Server: Peoplesoft Resolving Sql, Which Has Schema Name, To All Upper Case, Causing Error When Trying To Execute It (Doc ID 2439335.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.55 version, Application Designer - MS SQL Server

When attempting to build Record Views or use SQL objects that references records in other database instances, via linked servers, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
SQL Error. Error Position: 0 Return: 8601 - [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]The OLE DB provider "SQLNCLI11" for linked server "SLC11YUW" does not contain the table ""E920G7WE"."DBO"."PS_INSTALLATION"".
The table either does not exist or the current user does not have permission


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Record View with a SQL Text referencing a record in another database instance, via linked server
  E.g.:
  
  SELECT <field list>
  FROM <server>.<db>.<schema>.<table>

  SELECT AM, AP, AR
  FROM SLC11YUW.E920G7WE.dbo.PS_INSTALLATION

  
2. Try to build the Record View.
3. SQL Error occurs
