Setup Data Missing After Campus Solutions 9.2 Upgrade (Doc ID 2439904.1)

After completing the Initial pass of the upgrade from Campus Solutions 9.0 to Campus Solutions 9.2, new system data in the File Parser Context Definition, Population Selection Context, Population Update Setup, and Attachment Context tables is missing in the upgraded Campus Solutions 9.2 database.

This is a non unicode database upgrade.

The upgraded Campus Solutions 9.2 database is missing new system definition.  The new system definition data for these tables is found in a Campus Solutions 9.2 upgrade image.

New, delivered, definitions that exist in Campus Solutions 9.2 PUM update image should not be missing from the upgraded 9.2 database.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform the Initial Pass of the Campus Solutions 9.0 to 9.2 upgrade using a non unicode upgrade source database.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot ensure that their upgraded 9.2 database is complete or accurate.
