Getting Error "Class Record: Assumed Property"while Trying To Access Modify A Person Page For An Emp (Doc ID 2439973.1)

Symptoms

After applying PUM 26 when attempting to access Modify a Person Page for an employee,
the following error occurs.

"Class Record: assumed property COUNTRY_NM_FORMAT is not a valid field name. (2,274) HCR_NAME.NameFormat.OnExecute Name:FormatName PCPC:7868 Statement:127

The specified object property is assumed to be a field name, but the field is not found in the current object.

Use the PeopleCode Debugger or a PeopleCode trace to determine the point of the error, and correct the program."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1). Login to HCM 9.2 (Image 26)
2). Navigate to Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Modify a Person
3). Enter Emplid and Click Search Button.
4). Note error message displayed.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Modify a Person function.
