EAM:Performance - Amps1000 Is Taking A Long Time To Process

AMPS1000 is taking a long time to process which is affected by PO receipt count.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run AMPS1000
For 0 receipts the Process ran in 10 seconds.
For 1999 receipts the Process ran in 1 hr 12 minutes.
The most running SQL's are below:
Section 501200.B.Step70.D took 2157 seconds.
Section 501470.Step05.S took 1131 seconds.
Together this amounts to 54.8 mins itself.
