E-TUX/PRCS/AS: Domain Log Timestamp Shows Wrong Time For Windows Server Domain (Doc ID 2440550.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 21, 2019

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise PT PeopleTools - Version 8.55 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : PeopleTools 8.55.21 version, Process Scheduler

Windows Server Process Scheduler logs contain timestamp showing GMT time instead of expected PST time. However, the UNIX Process Scheduler domain for the same instance is using PST timestamp correctly. Although the Windows domain logs are showing a GMT timestamp the Windows Regional Settings show PST time.

NOTE: This issue also affects TUXEDO logging and Application Server domain logging in an affected environment.

Replication
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
