Symptoms
Where there are multiple jobs/multiple benefit records and therefore multiple health records, the data extract output is incorrect.
REPLICATION STEPS
-----------------------
1. configure Benefits Administration Events for multiple jobs, where employee's coverage is terminated when changing between empl rcd nbrs/ben rcd nbrs.
2. the employee's HIR coverage date rule is to start coverage on the first day of the month following the event
3. the employee's TER coverage date rule is to stop coverage on the event date.
4. hire a new employee into empl rcd nbr 0 ben rcd nbr 0, term from empl rcd nbr 0 ben rcd nbr 0, hire into empl rcd nbr 800 ben rcd nbr 800, make the elections
