Symptoms

On : 9.1 version, Performance

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Interaction HUB becomes intermittently unresponsive affecting login and interaction with content providers. This causes a system down and only after recycling the system app and web user can login.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Interaction HUB should not be affecting login for users intermittently.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to login to Interaction HUB
2. The login takes a long time or Interaction HUB does not respond.
3. System is not usable
