UniNav folder is empty after authentication domain change

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log into PIA
2. Main menu > uninav folder and it is blank. It doesn't shows any remote folder/CREF

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see content provider data
