On : 9.2 version, Job / Personal Information
When attempting to run the ern record delte process it gives an error.
ERROR

Empl Record 2 can not be deleted because there is YTD paycheck data referencing the Person ID 000101088
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Go to following
Main Menu > System Administration > Database Processes > ERN Delete Process
On run control enter:
Person ID, Name, Empl RCD , Organization Relationship , Company, Dept, Job code.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, some of our processes are having issues.
Due to this issue, it will create paycheck for this unwanted empl_rcd when payroll comes.
