The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation : Main Menu > Self Service > Benefits > Benefit Details > Dependent/Beneficiary Info
2. Change Address of the Dep Ben, notice the error.

The page throwing error for Country Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Guatemala while saving the address information of Beneficiary
