Question: Is there a certificate number for PeopleSoft FS/SCM 9.2 version or is there a process to obtain such a certificate number ?
Business Context:
A company is deploying PeopleSoft to Portugal and according to local legal requirement, customer needs to certificate number for this customer billing activities.
On the government site (http://info.portaldasfinancas.gov.pt/pt/apoio_contribuinte/Pages/certificacao-de-software.aspx ), there seems to be only a certificate for PeopleSoft Enterprise/Oracle 8.8.
