Issue 1:
======

While applying applying HR patches (PI 26-27) with "All Updates Not Applied" option, step Step "Running the Security Tool" returns warnings.

Error:

WARNING: Component HCTS_ESNAP_CFG_FL was not found on Menu HCTS_MANAGER_FL. Setting of permissions not successful. (19100,506)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply HR patches (PI 26-27) with "All Updates Not Applied" option, Step "Running the Security Tool" returns warnings.

Issue 2:
======

Tried to access "Configure Employee Snapshot" Page under Talent Administrator in Demo Environment. Getting "You are not authorized for this page." error

Tagged Admin Roles : Talent Summary Admin Fluid,Talent Summary Admin Fluid . Still not working.
