E-AWE: Resubmitting A Requisition Does Not Show The Change In The Status Monitor On The Confirmation Page Of The Approval (Doc ID 2442248.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, PI 19 PT 8.56 AWE - Approval Framework Setup & Requisition Routing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After applying the Bug ID 24969549 from Pi22 and all its prerequisite bug ids,+ bugs recommended from SR 3-17767523261, when a requisition is modified by changing the category code, for example, and the Requisition is Saved And Submitted. The requisition still shows the Status Monitor map from before the change was made. If the same requisition approval is reviewed from the Manage Requisition page, the Status Monitor map reflects the updated Requisition information. It also displays correctly from Monitor Approvals.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit Requisition > Change category code
2. Resubmit to workflow
3. Workflow is not reinitialized and does not reflect the change.
4. The Manage Requisition page does reflect change, as does AWE Monitor Approvals
