Symptoms
When attempting to submit Delegated Guided Self Service transactions, the workflow is routing the approval based on the reporting relationship of the Proxy.
Approval routing should be based on the reporting relationship of the Delegator.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. As A Manager 1, submit delegation request to Proxy 1
2. As Proxy 1 accept delegation request
3. Submit Terminate Employee transaction as a Proxy1 for Manager 1 for one of Manager 1's Direct Reports
4. Note the transaction is routed to Proxy1's Manager for Approval, instead of Manager1 's manager.
