Candidate Gateway - Phone Types HRS_PHONE_TYPE Are Still Shown Under Applicant My Account Information After Translate Values Are Inactivated

On : 9.2 version, Other Issue with Candidate Gateway
Candidate Gateway Phone Type includes inactive translates
Under Candidate Gateway, My Account Information, when editing an existing phone number the drop down/prompt list is ignoring the (inactive) status of the translates.
It is expected that the prompts that are not active should not show when changing a phone number.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the Maintain Translate Values page > Select HRS_PHONE_TYPE > Set a few rows to Inactive.
PeopleTools > Utilites > Administration > Translate Values > HRS_PHONE_TYPE
Change Status from Active to Inactive
2. Connect to External Candidate Gateway Careers page > My Account Information.
3. Under Phone, click the + sign to add a row. For the Type field, click the down arrow.
Note that all of the Types including the Inactive Translate Values are listed.
