Symptoms

In PeopleSoft Enterprise Campus Solutions Release 9.0, development environment, when a user attempts to run APT enrollment process (SSR_APT_ENR) going to No Success when there is no row return from Pop Select query.




The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu > Records and Enrollment > Program Enrollment > APT Enrollment
2. Enter Prompt Values & Select Selection Tools = PS Query
3. Verify Selection Result (Make Sure No Row Returns)
4. Run the Process
