ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In a scenario where BI Publisher is used to assist in the generation of outgoing e-mail communication, the resulting e-mail communication is missing its intended formatting when choosing HTML as the default output.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that outgoing e-mails should be properly formatted.
