Symptoms

An employee is not returned by the Search on the Life and AD&D Benefits page as expected.

STEPS
---------------------------
1. Enter part of the EMPLID on the Life and AD&D Benefits page (Navigation: Benefits > Enroll in Benefits > Life and AD/D Benefits).
2. Click Search.
