After Updating to PUM 27, Cannot Link Directly to External Candidate Gateway Job Opening
If a custom link was used to land directly on Job Openings before PUM 27, then these links no longer function as expected. The URL gets cut off when accessing the link, and instead only points to Candidate Gateway Home such as the following link-
https://(domain)/psc/(environment)/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/c/HRS_HRAM_FL.HRS_CG_SEARCH_FL.GBL?Page=HRS_APP_SCHJOB_FL&Action=U&TargetFrameName=
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The full link should be available which bypasses Candidate Gateway Home, and goes straight to an external job opening.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click external link that should point directly to job opening
2. Instead, Candidate Gateway homepage opens
