E-DMW: Data Migration Workbench "Submit For Copy" Is Disabled (Doc ID 2443772.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.56 version, PeopleSoft Data Migration Workbench

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

While trying to migrate a Tile Wizard tile from one environment to another using Data Migration Workbench, the "Submit for Copy" is disabled ("greyed out") when trying to copy the ADS project to the target.

The message ("This project was loaded by CA so it may not be accessible for validate, compare, or copy from file.") may also appear on the Data Migration Workbench


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The "Submit for Copy" should not be disabled ("greyed out") when trying to copy the ADS project to the target.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
On the Source
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Set ADS File Locations path via Peopletools -> Lifecycle Tools -> Migrate Data -> Manage File Location  (The path contains a mapped folder containing a special character)
2. Create a new ADS project using the PTPPB_GRPUPLET dataset name via Peopletools -> Lifecycle Tools -> Migrate Data -> Data Migration Work Bench
3. Enter the Tile to be migrated
4. Select "Check Integrity" and checked Integrity of the project
5. Select "Copy to File"

On the Target

6. Setup the File Location like in the source environment. Navigation : Peopletools -> Lifecycle Tools -> Migrate Data -> Manage File Location
7. Select "Load Project From File" and choose the ADS project to be migrated. Navigation : Peopletools -> Lifecycle Tools -> Migrate Data -> Data Migration Workbench
8. Click "Load" and then "Run"
9. Try the select "Submit for Copy"

Due to this issue, users cannot migrate a Tile Wizard tile from one environment to another using the Data Migration Workbench (DMW).
