Symptoms
When executing the Funding Allocation Report, VC006.SQR, the process goes to 'No Success' with the following error:
(SQR 5528) ORACLE OCIStmtExecute error 1861 in cursor 6:
ORA-01861: literal does not match format string
Error on line 205:
(SQR 3723) Problem executing cursor.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Main Menu > Compensation > Variable Compensation > Variable Comp Reports > Funds Allocation
2. Run the Funding Allocations report (VC006)
3. Note above error is received
