Save Warning - When No Changes Made (Doc ID 2445033.1)

On : 9.2 version, Campus Self Service

CS 9.2 is displaying a Save Warning asking if the user wants to save their changes or discard them, even when no changes physically made by user. This same scenario never displayed this prompt in CS 9.0.

It appears something has changed with the initialization of the My Academics tab or just the click on the My Academics tab that it is being treated as a field change causing the confusing message box for a student.

It shouldn't pop up the Save Warning message.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Self-Service > Enrollment > Enrollment: Add Classes.
2. Click on My Academics tab
3. Now, click on the Go to dropdown and select any item (e.g. Account Inquiry, My Academic, Personal Data Summary etc.)
4. Hit the Go (>) button
5. Save Warning message appears to save or discard the changes

The issue has the following business impact:
It will cause users a confusion when no visible data is changed
